Seekh Kabab Pulao:
Ingredients:
Chicken Seekh kabab 1 packet
Rice (Sela) 2cups
All spices (whole) 2tbsp
Fennel seeds 4tbsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Ginger 1tbsp
Onion slice 1 (medium)
Oil 1/4cup
Salt 1tbsp
Chicken stock 1 liter
Onion slices 1 medium size
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry chicken seekh kababfor 10 minutes and keep a side. Now in a wok heat oil and fry onion, ginger and garlic. Now whole garam masala, fennel seeds and chicken stock cook for 15 minutes until it reaches to boil. After this remove water from the stock and mix rice then cook on high flame for 10 minutes.Then add chicken seekh kabab & cook on low flame for 10 minutes then serve it.
Fish soup:
Ingredients:
Fish boneless (small cubes) 250g
Corn flour 1-1/2cup
Salt 1tsp
Vinegar 3tbsp
Carrots chopped 1cup
Spring onion sliced 1cup
Egg whites 8
White pepper ½ tsp
Chicken stock 1-1/2liter
Sugar 1tbsp
Oil for frying
Black pepper ½ tsp
Method:
In a bowl add and mix fish, 1 cup corn flour and white pepper. Now heat oil and fry fish for 4mins and set it aside. In a pot heat chicken stock. Now add salt, black pepper, sugar and vinegar to cook till it gets a boil. Now add rest of the corn flour, 1 cup of water and chicken stock to cook and keep on stirring. After 2 mins add and mix egg whites and the rest of the vegetables with fish to serve.
Aalu Curry:
Ingredients
Potatoes (cubed) 2
Onion seeds 1tsp
Red chilies crushed 1tbsp
Cumin crushed 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan add potatoes, red chilies crushed , and onion seeds fry for 1 min , now add remaining ingredients and add 3cups of water cook on low flame till potatoes crumbled .
